Accueillir les mineurs isolés étrangers à Bologne (Italie)

Les mineurs étrangers isolés (MIE) sont une population avec laquelle les Services de Pédopsychiatrie se confrontent beaucoup actuellement.

Ce texte vise à décrire les caractéristiques d’un dispositif de soin spécifique élaboré dans le service de pédopsychiatrie de la ville de Bologne, dans un projet qui a impliqué la collaboration des services de santé mentale, les services sociaux et la municipalité de Bologne (Italie).

Il analysera ensuite les caractéristiques psychopathologiques des MIE évalués dans notre service au long de la première année du projet.

Welcoming the unaccompanied refugee minors in Bologna (Italy)

Nowadays, Child Psychiatry Services frequently need to deal with the Unaccompanied Minors (UM) population.

This paper aims at describing the characteristics of a specific care device developed by the Child Psychiatry Unit of the city of Bologna. This project involved the cooperation of the mental health services, social services and the municipality of Bologna (Italy).

Furthermore, the demographic and clinical data of the UM population assessed during the first year of the project will be analyzed.

Recibir los menores extranjeros no acompañados en Bolonia (Italia)

Los menores extranjeros no accompañados (MENA) representan en la actualidad una población a menudo en contacto con los servicios de psiquiatría infanto-juvenil.

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo describir las características de un dispositivo sanitario específico desarrollado en el servicio de Psiquiatría infantil y juvenil de la ciudad de Bolonia. Este proyecto implicó la cooperación de los servicios de salud mental, los servicios sociales y el Ayuntamiento de Bolonia (Italia).

Analizaremos las características psicopatológicas de la población clínica de MENA evaluados en nuestro servicio durante el primer año del proyecto.

Le travail clinique avec les mineurs isolés étrangers (MIE) devient de plus en plus courant dans les services de pédopsychiatrie. C’est une réalité complexe à cause des caractéristiques hétérogènes de cette population. En clinique, nous sommes confrontés à de multiples perspectives et dimensions mélangées : depuis celles psychologique et transgénérationnelle jusqu’aux dimensions plus spécifiquement sociales et culturelles.

Ce document se concentre spécifiquement sur le phénomène des MIE, défini par les Nations Unies pour les Réfugiés (UNHCR, 2001) comme : “Les enfants de moins de 18 ans qui ont été séparés des deux parents et qui ne sont pas sous la garde d’un adulte responsable pour eux devant la loi” (UNHCR, 2001).
